I have used Express OIL Change on West Broad Street for my last 3 oil changes after moving here awhile back and every time I have had great service. This last time I had the pleasure of meeting Brittany who is the Assistant Manager and she actually was out there helping her employees hands on, which speaks a lot about her. They were very busy and there were a lot of people getting their oil changed for Labor Day weekend and they all where getting the job done very quick and they all had great attitudes, they were all working as a team in Sync with each other and having a good time doing their jobs. I would Highly Recommend this place and I will continue to use them from now on. Thank you to all that work there.

Brittany was phenomenal at making sure my car got everything it needed. Not only did she check everything she explained any future needs and updates clearly. I have always enjoyed going to this location for oil changes and tire issues and will continue to do so.

Joel and Brian were extremely helpful and very kind and supportive. They quickly diagnosed a major problem with our oil level and filter. They quickly corrected the problem and wrote up an assessment report. We were very impressed with their performance and professionalism. We could not have asked for a better team to help us in tough situation. We are so grateful for them being there for us.

Y’all. Brittani took care of me today and she did such a good job. It was wonderful having a woman working on my car—especially one as knowledgeable and personable as Brittani. Prices were a little high, but she doesn’t control that so…. 100% recommend.
